If you're looking to update your address or phone number in HR, Payroll, SchoolMessenger, Aesop, and the State Health Plan, or change your employee notification preferences, you've found the right place.

Change Your Address/Phone Number
All platforms will automatically be updated when you fill out one online form through our LINQ website.

1. Login to Time Keeper at
2. On the left side under Actions click Requests
3. Select Address & Phone Change from the dropdown menu.
4. Fill in your details - see example below.

5. Please note: enter 000-000-0000 if you would like a phone (home or mobile) number deleted in our system.
6. Click the Send Request button.

That's it! Your address and/or phone number(s) will be registered in our databases in approximately one week or less. After one week, text the letter Y to 67587 from your registered cell phone to enable district SMS messaging.

Safety Text Messages
To foster a safe and informed employee community where potentially life-saving information can be shared in the fastest way possible, staff are asked to enable SMS text messaging to the personal or BCS mobile phone that they use at work each day. Once this phone number has been added in LINQ - and after this number is updated in SchoolMessenger (approximately one week) - staff may use the opt-in feature to enable their devices.

Important info regarding safety SMS messaging. From your properly registered cell phone, text the letter Y to 67587.

If SMS has been successfully enabled, you will immediately receive a text message reply that you have turned on SchoolMessenger notifications. Staff can then use the SchoolMessenger portal discussed below to further customize, enable, or disable text message types.

Change Your Employee Notification Preferences
If you've assigned a second phone number to your employee account using the instructions above and want to customize your notification preferences, this is done through SchoolMessenger.

If you are an employee AND have a child in a BCS school, you have two SchoolMessenger portals, one for your employee account, and one within the Parent Portal, using the contacts you have entered in PowerSchool.

1. Sign up for a SchoolMessenger notifications profile using your employee ( email address. You'll be sent a verification email to your employee account.

2. After you log in, use the menu (upper left) to reveal and select the Preferences options.

3. Under "My Message Preferences", select an message type and click the phone number you would like to associate with it. (As an employee, you may only select your employee email address for notifications.)

(Note: As of the 2018-19 school year, Contact Manager has been discontinued by SchoolMessenger, and these instructions provide the new means of such customization.)
