"Under this state law, third-grade students who are not reading at grade level by the end of third grade will receive special help, including summer reading camp and other interventions to make sure that they can read well enough to be able to do fourth-grade work."

G.S. §115(-83.10 requires "each local board of education to publish annually on a Web site maintained by that local school administrative unit and report in writing to the State Board of Education (SBE) by September 1 of each year the following information on the prior school year:"
