Onboarding Forms
ONBOARDING EMPLOYMENT FORMS
New Hire onboarding forms are submitted via AppliTrack electronically.  Contact your school/department principal or supervisor for instructions.
 
In addition to filling out the onboarding forms, all employees are required to have an online application on file, have your ID photo badge made at Central Office and have digital scans made of the following items:

  • Driver’s License
  • Social Security Card
  • Work Authorization Documents (if applicable)
  • Teaching certificate (if applicable)
  • Transcripts for all degrees (if applicable)
  • Transcript of your Associate’s Degree (if applicable)
  • Certification test result scores (if applicable)
  • Health Examination Certificate
 
Your employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and final approval by the Board of Education.  Employees in full-time, permanent positions are eligible for benefits.
