Construction was completed on the new Williams-Baldwin Teacher Campus in 2017! Check out the pictures below from the ribbon-cutting ceremony. UNC-Chapel Hill's legendary Coach Roy Williams was the featured speaker at the event!

The 24-unit apartment complex is located adjacent to Eblen Intermediate school and offers 18 units for County teachers and 6 units for City teachers. As Asheville grows, this project helps teachers find their place in this vibrant and supportive community. Through a collaborative effort, we can now offer our educators a home that is cost-effective, comfortable, and surrounded by other educators.
