Buncombe County Schools
Week in Review

Post of the Week

We hope you had a wonderful extended weekend full of thankfulness and we are thrilled to have our students back in our classrooms. It was a shorter week for classes, but that didn't slow down our students! We hope you enjoy these stories of educational achievement and success in Buncombe County Schools.

W.W. Estes Elementary Gets Thankful
Leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday, the halls of William W. Estes Elementary were adorned with messages of fall and thankfulness. One board included a large number of reasons to be thankful, handwritten and assembled by students.
In Ms. Payne and Ms. Hayne's kindergarten classroom, students played the "Turkey Game" and wore their decorations!
