Introduction to Bullying and Cyberbullying
Buncombe County School's goal is to provide comprehensive prevention and intervention of bullying and cyberbullying by partnering with students, families, and school staff. Bullying and cyberbullying are complex issues that require intervention and response across several factors.
Those domains include:
1) Providing education to recognize and respond to bullying.
2) Implementing interventions to decrease the repetition of bullying.
3) Promoting positive and supportive school culture that improves safety and student learning.
The contents here will grow as we locate the most current and effective strategies for addressing bullying and cyberbullying. Together we can make a difference and provide safe school and community environments.
