We always encourage every student to remain for the afternoon exam session. Missing an exam review does count as an unexcused absence. Historically, many students sign out for the afternoon exam. Due to the large number of sign outs after exams, and the inability to verify each sign out, if a student has permission to leave campus after the exam block then they must have your signature on this exam sign out sheet. Administration will collect these sign out notes each day. We will keep these on file in case there were ever a question about your student having permission to leave. We will not allow a student to leave campus unless they have this signed permission slip.
