On Friday September 2, Bell Elementary students and staff gathered in the gym for a Back to School Assembly. It was a fun and informative way to kick off our new school year together. We are proud to be a new Leader in Me School and during this assembly, student leaders from the upper grades shared information about each of the 7 Habits. Seeing these students speak into a microphone in front of the entire assembled student body was such an impressive way to showcase some of the leadership goals we are cultivating in each of our students.
After learning more about each of the Habits and watching an informative and inspirational video from the Leader in Me organization, we got to celebrate our enthusiasm for a brand new school year by watching an energetic performance by our Jump Rope team. These students worked hard with Ms. Jordan on the first week of school to get ready for this performance and they absolutely thrilled the crowd! What an awesome way to highlight and celebrate one of the many aspects of Bell that makes us such a unique and special school! Ready for 22-23!
