Greetings!

I'm thrilled at the opportunity to serve as principal at Eblen Intermediate.  I consider it an honor to serve in the district in which I grew up in and graduated from.  Prior to arriving at Eblen, I was a middle school teacher, coach and athletic director before entering administration.  I then served as an administrator at both the middle school and high school levels.    

I'm excited to be at Eblen Intermediate and look forward to interacting with the staff, the students and the families of this great school community as we work together to create a school experience that everyone in this community can take pride in.  Go Warriors!

I’m delighted to serve as one of the assistant principals for Eblen Intermediate School.  As a native and graduate of Buncombe County Schools, I returned 'home'  to teach in the year 2000.  My teaching years were spent serving in an elementary classroom, and later as a reading specialist, before moving into administration. I bring experience as an assistant principal in both middle and elementary school levels. It’s going to be a great year and I'm excited to move forward together with this awesome Warrior community! 

I am thrilled to serve as one of the assistant principals at Eblen Intermediate. As a proud product of Buncombe County Schools, I bring experience from my time as an exceptional children’s teacher at Enka Intermediate and an AP Intern at Oakley Elementary. I hold a Master’s in Administration from WCU and participated in the principal fellows program. I am eager to join the Warrior community and contribute to this outstanding school.
