Employee Benefits Eligibility
BCS employees in full-time, permanent positions are eligible to receive full-time benefits. Full-time means at least 30 hours per week. Permanent means at least six (6) full, consecutive months of employment or anticipation of permanent employment.
Employees in part-time, permanent positions are eligible to receive part-time benefits. Part-time means at least 20 hours per week. Permanent means at least six (6) full, consecutive months of employment or anticipation of permanent employment.
